If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase return it within 14 days from the date of receipt for a full refund. Simply return the item in the original condition and all the hardware and packaging and we will refund the original purchase price. Please contact us before returning. The original shipping cost is not refundable and the purchaser is responsible for the cost of return shipment.
Shipping cost are calculated on the basis of the number of items we are shipping to you and the total cost of all products. On multi piece orders combining shipping maybe available to reduce your shipping costs. Orders ship via Canada Post Expedited shipping service from our offices in Toronto, Canada. Shipping times will depend on your location and can take up to 28 days for international shipments If you require faster delivery we can ship by Express Post, DHL and Fed Ex at additional cost. Please request a quote before purchasing if you require an alternative carrier.
In the rare instance that your shipment does not arrive in the specified time, please contact us so that a trace can be started. On completion of the trace, if the carrier determines that your purchase is lost we will either refund your purchase or reship the order. Unfortunately, we have no control of local conditions that can affect delivery times.
Buyers are responsible for the payment of any local taxes and duties. Please contact your local revenue agency to determine any levies prior to purchasing. Canadian Customer will be charged GST/PST or HST. Customs declarations are submitted by Canada Post and in most cases local customs agencies will accept these documentation's without the requirement of a separate clearing agent.
